    黄永业,博士,副教授,硕士生导师。20059月至20146月就读于吉林大学。2014年获得博士学位,同年进入东北大学工作。201412月至20173月期间从事博士后研究,获得东北大学优秀博士后称号。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项,获得科学技术进步一等奖1项(省级)。发表SCI论文30余篇,其中ESI高被引论文1篇。指导学生参加国际遗传工程机器竞赛(iGEM),获得金奖。以副主编身份编写《分子生物学》教材1部,参编Humana Press出版书籍《Nuclear Reprogramming》。

  

科研方向

    主要从事细胞重编程研究。采用体细胞核移植(somatic cell nuclear transfer)和CRISPR-cas9等技术制备转基因动物模型,解析细胞重编程进程,研究促进胚胎发育的策略。针对内质网等细胞器,探讨肿瘤防控的分子细胞机制,提升天然药物在肿瘤(尤其是肿瘤干细胞)治疗中的应用。
