主要研究方向:


本人在美国进行博士后工作期间主要从事蛋白质错误翻译对微生物生理生化影响的分子机制研究。目前的研究方向主要为两个方面:(1)微生物金属腐蚀的分子机制研究。利用分子生物学、基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学、代谢组学以及宏基因组学等相关技术,主要研究铜绿假单胞菌、硫酸盐还原菌、地杆菌、海洋弧菌等常见腐蚀导电微生物腐蚀金属材料的分子机制,同时针对海洋等实际环境,对其中的腐蚀性微生物进行针对性研究;(2)功能性生物被膜材料的研究。利用合成生物学技术,结合3D打印技术,与材料科学交叉融合,以大肠杆菌、弧菌以及枯草芽孢杆菌为底盘,针对性金属的腐蚀防护,设计与构建功能性生物被膜材料。
